THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19491 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third and fourth respondents in interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioners.

This Court by order, dated 08.07.2013 directed the fourth respondent not to summon the petitioners to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against them. No counter-affidavit is filed till today.

In that view of the matter, interim order, dated 08.07.2013 is made as a final order in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
