Heard counsel for petitioner.

None appeared for respondents, even though the name the counsel, Miss V.Uma Devi, is printed in the cause list. 3.

Counsel for petitioner states that the Writ Petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in deducting crop insurance premium from the loan amounts to be disbursed to the members of the petitioners-Societies and for a direction not to deduct any crop insurance from and out of the loan amounts to be disbursed to the members of the petitioners-Soceities. 4.

On 20.08.2017 interim direction was granted by this Court restraining the respondents from deducting any crop insurance premium while disbursing agriculture loan to the members of the petitioners-Societies pending Writ Petition. 5.

Since the said agricultural year 2007-08 is now over, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 6.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 7.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
