Ramachandra Rao) It is stated by Sri Khaja Moizuddin, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Telangana State Financial Corporation, that the sale notice dt.28.01.2019 which was challenged in SAIR.No.745 of 2019, filed by the petitioner before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, at Hyderabad, itself was withdrawn on 25.09.2019. 2.

Therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition, wherein the refusal of the Debts Recovery Tribunal to condone the delay of (32) days in filing the above SAIR challenging the notice dt.28.01.2019, no longer survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
