Petitioner challenges the order of suspension from service. 2.

This Court, by order dated 03.06.2010 in W.P.M.P.No.15646 of 2010, granted interim suspension of the order of suspension. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Housing Corporation submit that pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was reinstated into service and is continued to work.

In view of the reinstatement of the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. However, it is needless to observe that with reference to the period he was under suspension, shall be regulated after conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings, if not already concluded and the period is not already regulated.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
