This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.386 of 2016 from the file of Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the V Additional District Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam. 2.

The respondent herein is the husband of the petitioner herein, who filed the above said F.C.O.P. under Section 10(1) of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869, seeking divorce.

Heard both sides at length. During the course of hearing, both parties have agreed to transfer the said F.C.O.P. to the Family Court, Khammam.

Accordingly, F.C.O.P.No.488 of 2016 is withdrawn from Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transferred to the Family Court, Khammam, for disposal in accordance with law. Both parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Khammam, on 01.11.2016, without any further notice from that Court.

5. Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is ordered. No costs.
