This criminal petition filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/A.2 in Crime No.23 of 2018 of Zahirabad Rural Police Station, Sanga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 376-D IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, and perused the material on record. 3.

The criminal petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the request for bail after filing of the charge sheet. The police shall make every endeavour to file the charge sheet within one month from today as the investigation shows mostly completed.
