THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.19353 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to register crime against respondent Nos.6 and 7 basing on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.08.2019. Today, it is submitted by Ms. Naseem Ara, learned counsel for the petitioner, that crime No.663 of 2019 dated 16.09.2019 has been registered by the Station House Officer, P.S. Madhapur (Guttala), Cyberabad District, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
