The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent herein has been appointed as Chairman of the 2nd respondent - Telangana Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee, without being nominated by Hon'ble the Chief Justice of High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Telangana, as per the law laid down by Apex Court in ISLAMIC ACADEMY OF EDUCATION vs. STATE OF KARNATAKA1.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri Abshik Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submit that term of the 3rd respondent is over and presently he is not holding the post of Chairman of the 2nd respondent - Committee. Recording the same, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
