THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.34372 OF 2015 O R D E R :
The petitioners state that they are legal heirs of Signamsetti Siddaiah, who was granted patta to an extent of Ac.0.25 cents in Survey No. 59-5 and Ac.2.64 cents in Survey No.59-8 at Ramireddygari Palle Village, Hamlet of Eguvapokalavari Palle Village of Pulicherla Mandal, Chittoor District. They further state that their grand father executed gift deeds dated 07.11.2007 and 15.12.2008 in favour of the petitioners 1 and 2 to an extent of Ac.0.12 1⁄2 cents and in favour of the petitioners 3 and 4 for the remaining extent of Ac.0.12 1⁄2 cents and that they also mutated their names in the revenue records and the revenue authorities issued pattadar pass books and title deeds in their name. It is, however, stated that in the Fair Adangal, the petitioners' names are not shown, hence seek direction for appropriate correction of the Fair Adangal.
It is noticed from the record that the petitioners have not approached the recording authority under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, hence, the writ petition cannot be entertained as there is no demand of refusal. However, the petitioners are at liberty to make a representation before the recording authority. If such representation is made, the recording authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
