ORAL ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of interim orders passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal dated 13.11.2013 in O.A. No. 7947 of 2012 suspending the impugned proceedings and directing to treat the period of suspension as on duty and to allow all eligible pay and allowances. The O.A.No. 7947 of 2012 and C.A.No. 153 of 2014 are transferred to this Court and re-numbered as W.P.(TR) No. 1132 of 2017 and C.C (TR) No. 96 of 2017. The writ petition was taken up for consideration with the consent of both sides and the same was dismissed vide order dated 11.7.2017. Having regard to the facts of this case, this Court is not inclined to hold that the action of respondents in not releasing the pay and allowances by treating the period of suspension as 'on duty' is willful disobedience warranting initiation of contempt proceedings.
