THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 5691 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging violation of law during the course of investigation in Crime No.41 of 2017 on the file of Cumbum Police Station, Prakasam District in respect of the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. In view of the allegation of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, but to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Investigating Officer to follow due process of law while investigating Crime No.41 of 2017 including compliance of the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. .
