Heard.

It is the submission including from the expression of the Apex Court referred in the order of the lower court of Dilip S.Dhanukar Vs. Kotak Mahindra Co. Ltd1, that there only 1/10th or below amount is awarded, whereas the lower court by relying on the judgment directed to deposit 1/4th of the amount that too when there is no fine or compensation for the cheque amount awarded by the trial court for the lower appellate court so to order is the contention. Having regard to the above, instead of 1/4th, 1/8th to be deposited. In other respects, the order hold good and time to comply is granted of one month from today.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal revision case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
