HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.16885 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 22nd March 2018, passed in O.A.No.470 of 2018, wherein, the proceedings dated 22nd October 2016 and 17th November 2016 have been challenged.

Admittedly, some of the petitioners in the present writ petition have filed Statutory appeals against the aforesaid proceedings, whereas, some of them have not filed any such appeals. 3.
The O.A. filed by the petitioners has been dismissed by the Tribunal, holding that if appeals are filed against the aforesaid proceedings, then, the Government will be in a position to give formal disposal to those appeals.

Therefore, we find no discrepancy in the order dated 22nd March 2018 passed in O.A.No.470 of 2018.

However, we grant liberty to the petitioners who have not filed appeals so far, to file the same within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On filing such appeals, the Government shall dispose of the same within four weeks from the date of filing. The decision on the appeals already filed, shall also be taken simultaneously, if already not taken.
