THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29172 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking any action upon his complaint dated 24.07.2015 against the unofficial respondents. It is now stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, relying on the written instructions dated 12.10.2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Gandhinagar Police Station, Hyderabad, that upon receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2015, Crime No.330 of 2015 was registered on the file of Gandhinagar Police Station under Section 501 I.P.C. The grievance of the petitioner therefore stands settled in the light of this development.
