HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17209 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the FIR in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2018 against unofficial respondents No.5 and 6, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to register the FIR in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint given by the petitioners is civil in nature and that petitioner was advised to approach Civil Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to avail alternate remedy.

In view of the same, the writ petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
