Heard.

The only grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the revision petition bearing No.D1/815/2012, which is pending before the 2nd respondent, is not yet heard and disposed of. On the last date of hearing, learned Government Pleader was required to get instructions.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions and submits that the revision petition was already posted for hearing on 02-05-2015, 0606-2015, 05-09-2015 and now the revision stands posted to 26-09-2015. In view of the fact that the revision petition is already listed for hearing and is scheduled to be heard on 26-09-2015, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to hear and decide the said revision petition in accordance with law, expeditiously.
