THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL APPEAL SUIT NO.700 OF 2015 JUDGMENT:

The dispute in between the parties has been settled in the Court below, where the Execution Petition is pending. The matter was referred to Lok Adalath and both the parties have settled the dispute in Lok Adalath and the District Legal Services Authority, Khammam passed an award on 16-03-2017. A copy of the said award is placed on record by the learned counsel for the appellant.

In view of that settlement, learned counsel for the appellant represented that he do not intend to prosecute the appeal further.

Hence, the appeal is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
