Durga Prasad Rao) Learned counsel representing the learned Advocate General, filed counter affidavit stating Cr.No.53 of 2018 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, was registered against Y.Naga Subramanyam and some others, for whose production this writ petition is filed and the said Y.Naga Subramanyam was produced before XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Kukatpally at Prashanth Nagar, Cyberabad, on 02.05.2018 and he was remanded to judicial custody and now lodged in Central Prison, Cherlapally, Ranga Reddy District.

In that view, this Writ Petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue legal recourse for release of his son. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
