THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A.No.3 of 2019 In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.5571 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Civil Procedure, (for short, 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.456 of 2018 of Moinabad Police Station, Cyberabad. 2.

During pendency of the Criminal Petition, I.A.No. 3 of 2019 came to be filed by the de facto complainant to record the compromise. Along with the petition, a joint memo came to be filed inter alia stating that at the intervention of elders and well wishers, the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the compromise. The said joint memo has been supported by the affidavit of the de facto complainant.

Today, both the parties are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. This Court, when examined, both the parties have stated that at the instance of the elders, they have settled the matter out of the Court and the de facto complainant has no objection for quashing the proceedings against the petitioner.

In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the joint compromise memo filed by the both parties is taken on record and I.A.No.3 of 2019 is ordered.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the compromise, and the proceedings in Crime No.456 of 2018 of

Moinabad Police Station, Cyberabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused.
