Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach Railway Claims Tribunal for redressal of grievance of the petitioner. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
