THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16803 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 14.06.2017, in W.P.No.19018 of 2017, and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader. A copy of the same is also placed on record along with the Writ Petition as a material paper. Operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"Having regard to the submissions made by both the counsel, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to issue NOC in favour of the petitioner in respect of the bus bearing No.AP 04 TT 8885 on her furnishing an undertaking in favour of the respondent-Corporation, to make good the Corporation from its claim of nonliability, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded herein, this Writ Petition is also partly allowed in terms thereof.
Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 14.06.2017, in W.P.No.19018 of 2017, to this order.
