Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive, having regard to the developments that have taken place during the subsistence of the writ petition and also the interim order dated 28.02.2011 of this Court. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
