CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.28023 of 2013 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of a certiorari to quash award, dated 04.06.2011, in L.A.No.53 of 2011 on the file respondent No.1.

At the hearing, Mr.K.Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioners, has placed before us a fax copy of letter, dated 14.06.2018, addressed by petitioner No.2 to the counsel on record for the petitioners stating that on the intervention of elders and well-wishers, she along with other petitioners are not pressing the writ petition and that therefore, the writ petition may not be pressed.

In the light of the aforementioned letter, dated 14.06.2018, which is placed on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 27.09.2013, is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.34801 and 40932 of 2013 stand dismissed as infructuous.
