Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) would place before this Court a copy of the First Information Report, from which it is clear that FIR No.101 of 2017 was registered on 18.07.2017 on the file of Kadapa Police Station, YSR District for offences under Sections 147, 148, 447, 324, 509, 506 read with 149 IPC.

Since the complaint has now been registered, respondent No.3 shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.
