Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.7521 of 2012, dated 23.02.2016. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for 2nd respondent.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. The petitioner is directed to submit the bills in terms of the Jana Kerosene Pariyojana Scheme by complying the formalities and on such submission, the respondents to process the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
