ORDER
The petitioners/Accused Nos.l to 8 have filed this Criminal Petition invoking the provisions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to quash the FIR No.81 of 2022 on the file of the Abid Road Police Station, Hyderabad registered against them. 2, Sri S. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the police, after completion of investigation in the subject crime, closed the FIR referring the case as "lack of evidence" and filed a final report accordingly on 18.07.2022 before the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and hence the present Criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal petition is closed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall also sand closed.
