HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION Nos.31307 and 31675 OF 2011 COMMON ORDER:

In the present writ petitions, the petitioners challenge Notification No.M/6948/2011, dated 14-11-2011 issued calling for applications for appointment of a fair price shop dealer of Chinna Chilakamarri Village, by dividing the village, as illegal and without jurisdiction and more particularly when the appointment of petitioners is under consideration in W.P.Nos.14868 and 31808 of 2010 and status-quo order was granted in W.P.No.14868 of 2010. Today, through separate common order, the writ petitions being W.P.Nos.14868 and 31808 of 2010 filed by the petitioners were allowed and the matter was remanded to the Joint Collector, Mahabubnagar, for fresh disposal in accordance with law. Having regard to the common order passed in W.P.Nos.14868 and 31808 of 2010, no further orders are necessary in these writ petitions. It is made clear that the status-quo order granted in W.P.No.14868 of 2010 shall be kept in mind while taking any further steps with regard to Chinna Chilkamarri village fair price shop. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
