Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
4.
Respondent herein filed O.S.No.165 of 2016 on the file of Sub-Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government (Mobile Court) at Bhadrachalam, for perpetual injunction against the petitioner herein. Respondent filed I.A.No.205 of 2016 seeking ad interim injunction. The Mobile Court granted ex parte ad interim injunction in favour of respondent. Respondent filed I.A.No.582 of 2016 seeking police aid and the Mobile Court granted police protection for peaceful enjoyment of the suit schedule property by the respondent.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, though the petitioner filed counter in I.A.No.205 of 2015, the Mobile Court has not disposed of the said I.As. and, therefore, sought for a direction to dispose of I.A.Nos.582 and 205 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.
6.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of case, the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government (Mobile Court) at Bhadrachalam, is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos.582 and 205 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order 7.
Accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the revisions shall stand closed.
