This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the inaction of 2nd respondent in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2017 to permit him to rejoin the duty of Village Revenue Assistant of Mushipatla, Mothukur Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvangiri District. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
