When the matter is taken up for hearing, notices dated 26-04-2018 and 30-04-2018 said to have been issued by the Commissioner, Narayanapet Municipality under Section 217(1) and (3) of the Telangana State Municipalities Act,1965 are placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd Respondent-Municipality. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that a part of construction had already been removed. Having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take further action strictly in accordance with law pursuant to the above said notices. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
