The case of the petitioner is that she filed appeal before the 1st respondent against the orders in Proceedings No.RD/OPS ENQ/47/2015/776, dated 28-07-2015 passed by the 2nd respondent imposing punishment of withholding two increments with cumulative effect and treating suspension period is not on duty and the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
