THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.1321 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter into Registry on 16-03-2016 stating that the petitioner had filed W.P.No.4132 of 2016 subsequent to filing of this criminal petition and he intends to prosecute the remedies in W.P.No.4132 of 2016 and sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies in W.P.No.4132 of 2016. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the remedies available in W.P.No.4132 of 2016. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
