This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners, who are accused Nos.2 and 3 in P.R.C.No.33 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandikotkur. 2.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. 3.
Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law.
