JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.17855 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) We appreciate the efforts put in by the learned Government Pleader Mrs.Rajyalakshmi as after hearing the matter in extenso on previous occasion, we made our views known to her. As a result, the State Government reviewed the prolonged period of suspension undergone by the petitioner and has taken a decision to reinstate him. The orders of the State Government also communicated through their G.O.Rt.No.417 Health, Medical and Family Welfare (VC.II.2) Department, dated 11.08.2015. The orders are also issued posting the petitioner as a Civil Assistant Surgeon pending disciplinary proceedings initiated against him.

In this view of the development, we are spared of the requirement to pronounce our detailed order on merits in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as the cause therein does not survive for further adjudication by this Court. No order as to costs.
