Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law, if he has any grievance with regard to appointment. This Court is, prima facie, satisfied that G.O.Ms.No.4, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.I-CCS) Department, dated 28.08.2014, is not applicable in the instant case. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
