HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.1134 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to complete the investigation and file charge sheet.

2. The petitioner has filed a private complaint before the learned IX-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and the same was referred under section 156 [3] Cr.P.C. to the Chikkadpally Police for investigation and report.

3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to direct the Police to complete the investigation and file charge sheet.

4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the Police are investigating the matter and as soon as they complete the investigation, they will file the charge sheet.

5. Considering the representation of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in the matter as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
