When the matter has come up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he addressed a letter to the appellant in the year 2016 and it was returned as the appellant died. No steps were taken to bring his legal representatives on record.

Under these circumstances, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
