Mr.G.Chandra Sekhara Rao, holding for Mr.D.V.Nagarjuna Babu, learned counsel for petitioners, submits that with the demise of Y.Bramaiah (1st petitioner), the cause in the writ petition or challenge to G.O.Ms.No.105 Social Welfare (CV.2) Department dated 16.10.2007 is rendered infructuous. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
