The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner questioning the order dated 30.11.2016 in I.A.No.481 of 2016 in O.S.No.627 of 2009 passed by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original petition itself was disposed of on 18.12.2017, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
