Even today, there is no representation either in the morning session or in the post-lunch session. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. The civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
