CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.1342 of 2017 Dated:14.9.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against order, dated 17.4.2017, in Writ Petition No.24342 of 2008.

During the hearing, Mr. N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Southern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited, upon realising that Writ Appeal is not maintainable against an order passed on the concession made by the counsel on facts, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to his clients to file a Review Petition before the learned single Judge. The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel, WAMP.No.2464 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous.
