Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject mater of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court in W.P.No. 33343 of 2012 and batch dated 31.3.2015.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No. 33343 of 2012 and batch dated 31.3.2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
