The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 27.10.2017, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw this writ petition. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
