HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19414 OF 2019 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that respondents are refusing to receive his application for dismantling the Electricity Service Connection bearing HT Service No.CBC3131 extended to his food industrial unit at Plot Nos 470 and 471, Sy.No.11/8, 11/19, Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. When the petitioner has filed application for dismantling his electricity service connection, the respondents cannot refuse to receive the same. As such, the competent authority is directed to receive the application of the petitioner for dismantling of electricity service connection as stated supra and on receipt of the same, they shall consider the same in accordance with Regulations and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
