ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 07.06.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6174 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent reported that in pursuance of the order dated 07.06.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6174 of 2018, the respondent has considered the case of the petitioner and rejected and the petitioner has already challenged the said rejection order by filing another writ petition.

In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
