HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18351 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in terminating the services of petitioner as Anganwadi worker without issuing any notice is illegal and arbitrary.

2. This Court by order dated 29.08.2003 issued interim direction to respondents to continue the petitioner as an Anganwadi worker, pending disposal of the main writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that in view of the interim direction, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim direction.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
