Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the original suit out of which the revision petition arises has been dismissed for default on 30.10.2018. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff states that they are not filing any application for restoration of the suit which was dismissed for default. Therefore, no cause survives in the present revision petition.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
