This Company Petition is filed by the petitioner company seeking winding up of the respondent company. On 19.07.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that his client has taken away the bundle along with no objection. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 23.07.2018 and today when the matter is taken away Sri E. Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the matter has been settled out of Court.

Recording the submission of both the learned counsel, the Company Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
