THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.16644 OF 2001 ORDER:

On 23.11.2017 when the matter was called, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 27.11.2017. On 30.11.2017, when the matter was listed, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and then, the matter was directed to be listed on 4.12.2017. On 5.12.2017 when the matter was listed, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 8.12.2017, on which date also, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.12.2017. On 11.12.2017, when the matter was listed, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 13.12.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter was called in the morning, there was no representation. Then, the matter was passed over and again when the case was taken up in the afternoon session, again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
