This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 4 of 201 on the file of Bodu Police Station, Khammam District. It is brought to my notice that the parties have amicably settled the dispute amongst themselves amicably by entering into a compromise before the Mega Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
